When you receive this loaf, freshness depends on YOUR home humidity and temperature levels and shipping lengths. For best results, enjoy within 3-5 days at room temperature. I prefer mine kept in the refrigerator (wink wink - it lasts way longer). Another option would be to pre-slice the loaf and place in the freezer and pull a slice out at a time when you would like some bread.
