Processing Times
All items are handcrafted and made to order. Processing times may vary depending on product type, order volume, and time of year. We will always do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality of our products.
Shipping Restrictions We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time. Orders placed with an Alaska or Hawaii shipping address will be cancelled and refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated directly by the carrier based on:
- package weight
- package size
- shipping distance
- chosen delivery speed
We do not add extra fees to shipping costs.
Because baked goods and some skincare items are heavier or require faster delivery for freshness, shipping rates may be higher for these products.
Shipping of Perishable & Handmade Goods
Our products are:
- perishable
- handcrafted in small batches
- made to order
For this reason, we ship orders promptly after they are prepared. Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, transit times and delivery conditions are outside our control.
Warm Weather Notice
During warm weather, skincare products may soften or melt in transit. Heat can also affect the freshness and quality of baked goods.
To help ensure the best possible experience, please retrieve your package as soon as it is delivered.
Delivery Issues
Once an order is marked Delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for:
- stolen packages
- packages left outside
- spoilage due to delayed retrieval
- incorrect addresses provided at checkout
- carrier delays or weather‑related delays

Combined Shipping
If you place multiple orders and wish to combine them, please contact us as soon as possible. We will combine shipments when feasible, but additional shipping charges may apply if the combined weight increases the carrier's rate.
Tracking Information
All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Please monitor your tracking information so you can retrieve your package promptly upon delivery.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available for customers in our area. Pickup details are not provided at checkout. Instead, we will contact you directly via email or text to arrange a pickup time and location once your order is ready.
Pickup orders must be collected within the agreed‑upon timeframe to ensure product freshness and quality.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If a package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. We are happy to assist where possible, but we cannot issue refunds for carrier‑related delays or lost packages once the item has been handed to the carrier.
