Original Artisan Loaf

Our classic sourdough — simple, rustic, deeply flavorful. A crisp crust, soft interior, and that unmistakable tang that only true sourdough can give. The loaf that started it all.

Sandwich Loaf

Soft, tender, and lightly enriched for the perfect everyday slice. Ideal for toast, grilled cheese, avocado, an egg, or anything that deserves a wholesome, homemade foundation.  Think sliders size sandwiches!  They are so cute!

Garlic & Herb

A fragrant, savory loaf infused with garlic and a blend of herbs. Warm, aromatic, and perfect alongside pasta, soups, or simply torn apart and enjoyed on its own.

Almost Everything

All the flavor of an everything bagel — without the bagel. A blend of sesame, poppy, garlic, onion, and sea salt baked into a soft, tangy sourdough loaf. Addictive, savory, and so good toasted.

🥖 Storage & Freshness

Your mini loaves are made the same way as our full‑size sourdough — slow‑fermented, naturally leavened, and baked fresh — so they store the same way too.

• Room Temperature: Keep your loaves in a paper bag or the bread box for up to 3-5 days depending on your home environment and room temp. 
• Refrigeration: Not required because our bread is shelf stable per Iowa cottage laws, but it can extend shelf-life.
• Freezing: Wrap tightly and freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw at room temperature, then warm in the oven for that fresh‑baked feel OR pre-slice the loaves and pull out a slice at a time and toast or warm it up!

Because these are mini loaves, they thaw quickly and are perfect for keeping in the freezer for last‑minute meals, snacks, or gifting.
