This slow-fermented sourdough focaccia is light and airy on the inside, buttery and golden on the bottom, with a slight crisp on top that makes every bite absolutely irresistible. Baked fresh in an 8x8 pan, it's the perfect size for sharing — or not!
Whether you're dipping it into olive oil and balsamic, pairing it alongside a bowl of soup, or indulging in one of our sweet flavors as a treat, this focaccia is guaranteed to impress.

Sweet Flavors:
- Frosted Cinnamon Roll — cinnamon mixture dimpled deep into the dough and finished with a sweet frosting drizzle
- Apple Fritter — apple mixture dimpled into the dough and topped with a warm frosting drizzle

Please note: ingredients will vary depending on the flavor selected. Base ingredients are listed below. Each pan is made fresh to order in my kitchen at Lester Farms Homestead.
For best results, enjoy within 3-5 days at room temperature. Warm in the oven at 350 degrees F for 5-10 minutes to bring back that fresh-baked magic. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container or frozen and reheated as needed.
