One of our fastest favorites - this loaf flew off the shelves the very first day it was offered at our farmers markets. Slow-fermented with Ethel and crafted with simple ingredients, it's infused with savory garlic and a blend of herbs for a rich, comforting flavor in every slice.
Delicious on its own, piled high for sandwiches, or torn and dipped into olive oil for the simplest kind of gathering around the table.
Bold, wholesome, and deeply satisfying.
When you receive this loaf, you can crisp it back up in the oven at 350 degrees F for 5-15 minutes depending on your desired crisp. Freshness depends on YOUR home humidity and temperature levels and shipping lengths. For best results, enjoy within 3-5 days at room temperature. I prefer mine kept in the refrigerator (wink wink - it lasts way longer). Another option would be to pre-slice the loaf and place in the freezer and pull a slice out at a time when you would like some bread.
