Savory, rich, and full of comfort. An absolute customer favorite! This slow-fermented sourdough is infused with a blend of Italian herbs and layered with melted cheese throughout, creating a soft, flavorful crumb wrapped in a beautifully golden crust.
Crafted in my kitchen with simple ingredients and time-honored fermentation, this loaf is perfect alongside pasta, dipped into soup, served with olive oil and balsamic, or enjoyed warm straight from the cutting board.

When you receive this loaf, you can crisp it back up in the oven at 350 degrees F for 5-15 minutes depending on your desired crisp. Freshness depends on YOUR home humidity and temperature levels and shipping lengths. For best results, enjoy within 3-5 days at room temperature. I prefer mine kept in the refrigerator (wink wink - it lasts way longer). Another option would be to pre-slice the loaf and place in the freezer and pull a slice out at a time when you would like some bread.
