Similar to our cinnamon sugar swirl, this is a comforting classic with a homestead touch. This slow-fermented sourdough is swirled with cinnamon, lightly sweetened with just a touch of sugar, and filled with plump raisins for little bursts of sweetness in every slice.
Crafted in my kitchen with simple, wholesome ingredients, this loaf is perfect toasted with butter, made into french toast, or enjoyed warm with your morning coffee.
Softly sweet, warmly spiced, and made to feel like home.
When you receive this loaf, you can crisp it back up in the oven at 350 degrees F for 5-15 minutes depending on your desired crisp. Freshness depends on YOUR home humidity and temperature levels and shipping lengths. For best results, enjoy within 3-5 days at room temperature. I prefer mine kept in the refrigerator (wink wink - it lasts way longer). Another option would be to pre-slice the loaf and place in the freezer and pull a slice out at a time when you would like some bread.
