Savory, satisfying, and full of flavor.  This slow-fermented sourdough is infused with everything-but-the-bagel seasoning throughout the dough and finished with a generous sprinkle on top for the perfect balance in every bite.  

Crafted in my kitchen with simple ingredients, this loaf has a golden crust and soft interior.  Perfect for sandwiches, avocado toast, breakfast bakes, or simply toasted with butter.

Bold flavor.  A family and fan favorite!

 

When you receive this loaf, you can crisp it back up in the oven at 350 degrees F for 5-15 minutes depending on your desired crisp.  Freshness depends on YOUR home humidity and temperature levels and shipping lengths. For best results, enjoy within 3-5 days at room temperature.  I prefer mine kept in the refrigerator (wink wink - it lasts way longer).  Another option would be to pre-slice the loaf and place in the freezer and pull a slice out at a time when you would like some bread.
